He possesses extensive experience in drafting and negotiating critical agreements such as subscription and licensing agreements, referral and reseller agreements, and more, ensuring clients’ interests are safeguarded and objectives are met. Prior to attending law school Mr. McConkey utilized his bachelor’s degree in management information systems as a Certified Information Systems Auditor for Verizon Communications, and an analyst for the Hertz Corporation.
