Mr. Serrata received his Juris Doctorate from the Oklahoma City University School of Law in 2006 and holds a Bachelors of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of North Texas. He has received, among other awards, the Oklahoma Bar Association's Outstanding Law Student award, the Oklahoma City University Academic Excellence award, and is a member of the Order of Barristers and the Phi Delta honors fraternity. Mr. Serrata's legal career comes after eight years in the U.S. Army Reserve where he served as a non-commissioned officer in the intelligence field.
